A native of West Texas, William Robert (Bill) Paschal founded his business in the spring of 1964. He decided to apply his craft and passion for woodworking gleaned from an apprenticeship in the Youth Conservation Corp. as well as working for a royal Hawaiian boat builder in Kaneoe Bay, Hawaii.
